China Resources, the state-owned conglomerate, has a new chairman after the Communist Party began investigating previous incumbent Song Lin for alleged corruption.
Mr Song is being investigated by the Communist Party's discipline commission after he was publicly accused of large scale corruption and of having an extramarital affair with a UBS banker.
China Resources said in a brief Chinese language statement on its website that it had named Fu Yuning as its new chairman.
