A bitter tussle over Stanley Ho’s fortune appeared to draw to a close on Thursday when the office of the Macao casino billionaire issued a statement saying that all members of his family had reached “a full and final agreement based on the principle of mutual understanding”.
Mr Ho, 89, who has three surviving women widely referred to as his wives and 16 surviving children, has at various times over the past several weeks accused family members of “fraudulently” seizing control of Lanceford.
Lanceford is the company through which Mr Ho controlled his Hong Kong listed company SJM Holdings.
