The wrangle over the transfer of Stanley Ho’s controlling stake in his casino empire took a bizarre turn as the billionaire sought an injunction to block family members from dealing with or disposing of shares that were transferred to them.
The writ of summons filed in the Hong Kong High Court was made public on Thursday.
It claims the tycoon’s daughters Daisy and Pansy Ho and their mother, Lucina Laam, “breached their fiduciary duties” and improperly allotted thousands of additional shares in Lanceford, a holding company for most of his wealth.
